Our portfolio of services encompasses armed and unarmed security personnel, construction site security, event security, corporate office protection, and additional specialized offerings such as drone surveillance, executive protection, emergency response units, and private investigative services. Cuneo Consulting is dedicated to furnishing clients with thorough and effective security and risk management solutions.
Our personnel primarily consist of Military Veterans and former Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Officers, who bring a wealth of experience, discipline, and professionalism to every engagement.
Although currently licensed in the State of Florida, Cuneo Consulting is authorized to mobilize resources promptly in any state under a declared State of Emergency, providing critical support during natural disasters or other emergent situations that may imperil lives or property.
We remain at our clients’ disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, with strategically positioned personnel nationwide, enabling rapid response—often within hours—to emergent security needs.
Presently, Cuneo Consulting holds licenses in twelve states, with ongoing expansion efforts to broaden our capacity to serve additional jurisdictions with the highest standards of security.
INFRASTRUCTURE
SUPPORT
Cuneo Consulting has established a 24-hour on-call communication policy to effectively manage operations within the company's reach. This centralized hub plays a critical role in facilitating immediate coordination and response of organizational assets, as well as providing managerial oversight of all service entities. Our primary objective is to ensure operational continuity, and we prioritize soliciting client feedback to consistently enhance our services. The Recruiting/Human Resources Department is specifically entrusted with the management of personnel records, oversight of the vetting process, and administration of payroll. Furthermore, we ensure full operational readiness through the deployment of fuel points and dedicated maintenance managers.
SUPERVISION
The Cuneo office provides continuous supervision, seven days a week. Supervisors carry out unannounced visits or calls to assigned officers across all shifts to assess their compliance with the dress code, attentiveness to duty, and overall performance. The office has dedicated considerable time and effort to the development of a comprehensive supervisory program. It is universally acknowledged that engaged supervision serves as the decisive factor that differentiates standard security service from exceptional security service

With over 30 years of experience in private security, Edward J. Cuneo serves as the principal owner of Cuneo Consulting, where he oversees all administrative and operational functions. As the founder of Cuneo Consulting, Edward is responsible for developing the company's strategy and vision, identifying target markets, and personally overseeing strategic planning, business development, and consulting services.

Eric occupies a crucial leadership position, entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the company’s standards of excellence in customer service while concurrently driving strategic financial performance. In the realm of customer relations, the President fosters essential client relationships, oversees service quality, and ensures client satisfaction through personalized communication and tailored security solutions. They engage actively with customers to address concerns, pinpoint growth opportunities, and strengthen lasting partnerships.
On the financial front, Eric is accountable for supervising the division’s financial performance, which includes revenue targets, operating costs, and overall fiscal health.
